The Elizabeth Line
The Elizabeth Line formerly known as Crossrail is a new 60 mile rail line crossing under the heart of London with 41 stations between Reading and Heathrow in the West and Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the East.
Costing nearly £19 Billion it was Europe’s largest infrastructure project.
Nick has photographed the Elizabeth Line project over 10 years from the tunnelling to the train construction, the station architecture and finally the opening by The Queen on the 24th May 2022. He also shot the advertising posters in collaboration with Ad agency VCCP.
