Matt+Fiona

This was a lovely project for Matt+Fiona, a social enterprise that works with young people and encourages them to think about their built environment.

Titled ‘Reflect’ this structure was designed and built with young people from the Regents Park Estate that sits on the edge of the HS2 construction site in Euston.

Partnering with LDA Design, HS2 and Mace Dragados Joint Venture, the multi function pavilion was designed during workshops over 12 weeks.

When I visited to photograph the young people, they had a clear sense of pride and ownership in what they had created in their own neighbourhood.
